ONLINE PILATES
We offer two types of online classes, our staple CALi Pilates classic perfect for those wishing to build a strong core and help alleviate back, neck and shoulder pain and now we are very pleased to offer our own CALi Pilates Barre which tailors to those wishing to add more of a sculpting aesthetic to their pilates sessions.
We limit classes in each of these to 15 participants to ensure that the instructor has time to adjust individuals and tailor the sessions to suit clients needs. We actively encourage regular feedback after the online sessions to ensure we keep classes fresh and engaging. We also send a recording of the whole session after the class.
We have been proudly teaching online sessions to a number of cooperative clients based worldwide from Hackney to Vancouver.
Our online pilates classes were recently featured on the BBC as part of their programming for the ‘North of Tyne Good Work Pledge’.
FAQ
Do I need to be tech-savvy?
NO, the ZOOM app is free and easy to download and prior to our first session, we will send a detailed breakdown of how to ensure you arrive at the class on time!
Is it different to a pre-recorded YouTube class?
ABSOLUTELY! we train and hire only the very best instructors and all our staff are REPS registered and fully insured. Aside from this we are able to adjust you in REAL-TIME and see where mistakes are being made and modify you accordingly this ensures you get the most out of your sessions and of course that all-important progression! The only real difference between an online class and an in-person class is the instructor can’t physically cue you, but that’s what verbal cues are for, so no real difference whatsoever.
Do I need loads of space?
Nope, a living room or bedroom is all you need, and if you’re feeling brave, train outdoors!
